3pX Group have the exciting opportunity to work as a multifaceted Office Manager based in our dynamic London office, where no day will be the same!
OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
The scope of this role is broad, and you will get exposure to many areas, we therefore welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds within the Operations function.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for both granular and higher-level operational tasks. You will be responsible for keeping the 3pXLondon office running smoothly, enabling fellow employees to succeed in their roles. You will also assist with operations and process support. There will be some aspects of maternity cover from July 2026 which include EA, event planning, and marketing responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Management (Non-Negotiable)
· Full ownership of UK office standards and day-to-day running
· Facilities, suppliers, IT coordination, onboarding set-up,
offboarding
· Maintaining presentation and general office organisation
· Organising social events
· Supporting our Employee Engagement groups with organising
and implementing sales days, competitions and incentives
· Arranging gifts for birthdays, promotions, work anniversaries
· Contributing to social media content on our Instagram
accounts
· Being an active and involved member of the team–
contributing to energy and positive culture in the office
· Developing trust and building constructive relationships
with all stakeholders
Successful candidates will genuinely take pride in the workspace and operate with a “no job too small” mindset.
Operations & Process Support
· Proactive problem solving and process improvement
· Supporting consultants with operational queries
· Supporting legal and cover during absence periods
· Potential line management of New York Office Assistant
to cover maternity leave
Maternity Cover Elements
· Corporate events: planning, coordination and tracking ROI
· Marketing support:
· Website updates
· Updating decks, one-pagers and case studies
· Content creation support for LinkedIn
· Repurposing content and ensuring month-on-month scheduling
· Supplier renewals (TBC depending on profile)
· CEO support (not full EA coverage)
· Preparation support for board and finance decks
· Company meeting preparation
· Office events coordination
· Liaising and supporting our Office Assistant in New York
Not all at once, but required to step into these areas as needed
IDEAL PROFILE:
· Senior OA, Office Manager, or broader operations experience
· Highly organised with strong time management
· Comfortable juggling shifting priorities
· Calm, proactive and solutions-focused
· Positive personality who builds strong relationships
with consultants
· Willing to be hands-on while also thinking strategically

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
