Job Description:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll step into a full-cycle (360°)Recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market and your success.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

          · Business Development – winning new clients and building your own portfolio

          · Account Management – developing long-term client relationships

          · Negotiation – closing deals and maximizing value

          · Headhunting – identifying and engaging top talent

          · Market Expertise – becoming a specialist in your niche
